The inaugural function of the ICSSR-sponsored CBM programme of the A.K. Dasgupta Centre for Planning and Development was held on 17.07.2026 in the Conference Room, Central Library from 10:15 A.M. The Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Visva-Bharati presided over the function; Prof. Shashikala G. Wanjari, Hon'ble Vice- Chancellor, National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration, New Delhi, was the Chief Guest and delivered the Key Note Address. Prof. Sudhakar Venukapalli, Chair Professor, Chanakya University, Bengaluru, and Honorary Professor, Institute for Educational and Developmental Studies, Noida, New Delhi; and Prof. Amit K.
