I stopped drinking and cigarettes in 1995. As an entrepreneur as a pensioner, I started skiing and cycling 2006 - 2012 every year thousands of miles of Lavia and around Satakunta! I was a widow at Christmas 2005. I bought 06/2006 my first bike MotoGuzzi 850. I started at the gym at age 68 at 10/2008. BB1 Big Bore 1420 motorcycle I drove to Energy Wellness Puls gym Pori from Lavia three times a week all year long if the streets were dry and predicted that "black ice" would not be expected in the evening! Krav Maga training I started at age 75. I fell on a motorcycle and my left shoulder got injured. I quit Krav Magan 12/2017 at 77 years of age. And I have an orange belt. I want to continue my other hobbies, otherwise healthy! I like Concept2 rowing machine. Dance classes will continue in October. Dance is a good regenerative exercise!
