本校一直重視體驗式學習，並透過多元策略、有機結合、自然連繫、互相配合、課堂內外、全校參與的模式深化學生的全方位學習經歷。本校公民與社會發展科科組為了增加學生對本港政制課題的認識，安排中四 (非華語班) 學生參觀立法會。透過參觀活動讓學生明白完善選舉制度 落實愛國者治港的重要性。多位學生參觀後在個人反思中表示完善選舉制度是「一國兩制」行穩致遠的重要基石，亦為香港今後的繁榮穩定、長治久安建立重要基礎。 We put high emphasis on experiential learning so as to broaden our students’ horizons. We also adopted diversified strategies, organic integration, natural connection, mutual coordination, learning within and beyond the classroom, whole-school approach in order to deepen our students’ all-round learning experiences. In order to align with the Curriculum and Assessment Guide and enable our students to understand, explore the political system in Hong Kong, Department of Citizenship and Social Development has organized a visit to The Legislative Council to S4 (EMI) students. Through the visit, our students have enhanced their understanding on the improvement of electoral system and the importance of patriots administrating Hong Kong. Some students mentioned the improvement of electoral system is the key to ensure that the ship of “One Country, Two Systems” will sail far and steady, and will lay the essential foundation for the HKSAR’s further developments, and the long-term stability, security and prosperity of Hong Kong.
