The Department of Hotel and Catering Management at Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science, in association with IQAC, conducted a one-day workshop on Restaurant Table Setup and Service Excellence (A Hands-On Training) on September 17, 2025, at the training restaurant of the Hotel Management Department. Mr. M. Parthiban, an alumnus of the Hotel Management batch 2018-2021, currently working as a Team Leader in the Banquet Department at Hyatt Regency Chennai, and Ms. Linthoil, Senior Team Leader, Front Office Department, Hyatt Chennai, provided excellent hands-on training to the students. A total of 21 students actively participated in and benefited from this event.
