Shu (and Yuan, I guess) make peace with Burma. This is strange, as they had 16 XCOMs around the only city, that had no health. This gives Chiang Kai-shek's Taiwanese military and Narai's Ayutthayan forces a chance to grow a bit. Harappa (and Tibet, I guess) declare war on Nanman. With a few units milling about south and east of the remaining Nanman cities, the Nanman units will start to get thinned out, but I doubt this is enough to take a city without reinforcements.
