We bought our Condo in Florida in February 2018. That summer, we decided to sell our large house in Phoenixville and downsize to a smaller condo. When we were back up north, we began looking for places. We decided to find a place in Hershey's Mills due its security and open floor plans. Meanwhile, we spend a month cleaning out the house and downsizing, preparing to move from over 5500 sq ft to about 2000 sq ft. We went back to Florida in November 2018. While there, our realtor used Zoom to show us condos at Hershey's Mill that were recently listed. We essentially bought the place without ever seeing it "in person". We signed the agreement in February 2019. We got through the final inspection of the Phoenixville house in March 2019. We closed on the new house in April 2019 and closed on our old house on May 2019.
