And a Young Carpenter O.K. with lift out tray, includes small tools like miniature mallet, saw, wrench, carpenter's hatchet, hammer, clamps, etc. Label 75% with some stains, box has moderate wear. Primitive “Hans Brinker style” with strap-on leather straps, wood body with curved iron blades, 13-1/2 inch overall. One is missing a strap and only has toe loop. Some wear and age. And a pair by UNION HARDWARE CO, Torrington, CT. All steel with 13 inch blade, heel and toe clamps are adjustable by turning screw mechanism for varying length and width. Some rust and tarnish. Good (REW1913, 1914) 35 - 70 ~6701-348 J. WISS & SONS shears. 12 inch long, brass joint marked Patent Applied For and with their star mark which likely dates it to 1880-1889. Traces of japanning, some pitting and rust. Some wear to one side of brass joint. Good (LDZ84) 30 - 60 ~6701-349 KINZER & JONES scale. Has 75% of black japanning and looks to be original with wear in center of two platforms, has weights marked 1 and 8 with barely any japanning on those. Good (MSV11) 40 - 80 ~6701-350 Lot of four brass locks. All have keys and still work. A little tarnish on a couple. Makers include CHAMPION 6-Lever, REESE, YALE, and ILCO. Good (VTO60) 40 - 80 ~*6701-351 CATERPILLAR brass tags. For keys or luggage, 6 total depicting several tractors and cranes, on a few leather holders. Most have the names of businesses on the back from New Brunswick, Oregon, Illinois, and New Hampshire. Some tarnish. One leather band highly worn. Good (LEE23) 25 - 50 ~6701-352 Lot of two ink lines. Both carved from wood. One is a basic Chinese design with large wheel turned by metal handle and shallow but wide ink basin, some dried ink, no string. Other is tall and oval with internal string reel that goes through deep circular ink well inside body and out the front. Has string on wheel and string weight detatched but present. Good (HAN611) 40 - 80 ~6701-353 Chinese ink line. Well made with graceful shape, looks like original line tied to cast iron peg, ink reservoir with original batting. 7 inch long. Good (MDY91) 60 - 120 ~6701-354 Lot of two farrier's buttresses. Both old and primitive with angled stems, large wood handles, and hand forged bodies. One has large bulbous end with some inactive worm and chips, metal fairly clean, other has longer round handle with staining from wear and pitted metal. Good (LDZ106, 107) 40 - 80
