Littleton, NH - The signs around town say "The Glad Town, Be Glad!". They have painted pianos along the street anyone can play
Littleton has a covered bridge in town crossing the river which makes a beautiful setting. The Old Thayer’s Hotel was one of the most elegant and comfortable hotels of its time. In the day of horse and buggy, the hotel would send their coach to fetch you from the railroad and bring you back to the hotel. They were also known to be one of the safest hotels with its fireproofing installed in 1931. The hand carved woodwork and staircase were beautiful.
