The San Ignacio & Santa Elena House of Culture (NICH) was inaugurated yesterday. The NICH crew was there with their cool interactive cultural displays. They'll have activities today and tomorrow. The World Culture Band will be playing tomorrow night, along with many others. Andre Lopez' photo book, 'Belize, An Intimate Portrait,' was on display. The new House of Culture is perfect.
